Interview Location: Binondo, Manila

Salary: Php 40,000 – 80,000/month (commensurate with experience) + project commission (depends on the project)

We're looking for a skilled Solar Engineer to handle design, installation, and project management of commercial, residential, and large-scale solar projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (preferably a Licensed Engineer)
  • 1–3+ years of experience in solar or renewable energy project management and installation (Commercial/Residential Solar Roofing and Solar Farms)
  • Solid understanding of Solar PV Systems, Grid Integration, Inverters, Electrical Interconnection, and related technologies
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale solar projects
  • Willing to travel and work onsite as needed
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and review technical drawings, layouts, and other relevant project documents
  • Lead project site coordination, inspections, and progress tracking
  • Ensure all systems comply with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to align and manage project expectations.
  • Coordinate with the installation team for proper and timely system installation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Maintain records and databases of all projects.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development and construction.
