Role Overview:

We're looking for a Customer Success Marketing Specialist to support the clients and help them get the most value out of the product. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding law firms on marketing best practices, reviewing campaign performance, and ensuring they achieve their business goals. You'll also build strong relationships that drive client retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and valuable experience.
  • Meet regularly with clients to review marketing performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Advise clients on digital marketing strategies (SEO, ads, content, web traffic, lead flow).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and resolve issues quickly.
  • Support client onboarding, training, and adoption of tools.
  • Identify opportunities for retention, upselling, and customer growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or marketing services (ideally in SaaS, digital marketing, or agency environments).
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (traffic, leads, ROI, campaigns).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients at once.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 10pm to 7am PHT
