We're now looking for a Client Success & Workforce Partner to join our growing team.

We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, can handle complex situations with calm and clarity, and thrives on helping businesses and people grow.
You might not come from a "traditional" account management background, in fact, many of our top performers have been veterinarians, architects, industrial designers, and teachers before joining Filta. What they all share is curiosity, commercial awareness, and a strong sense of ownership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of clients making sure they are thriving.
- Partnering with clients post-sale to guide them through onboarding, setup, and long-term success.
- Acting as the go-to person for any operational, performance, or staffing challenges - solving problems before they escalate.
- Building relationships that lead to growth: renewals, new roles, and deeper engagement.
- Working closely with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to deliver great experiences for every client and team member.
- Identifying commercial opportunities by understanding your clients' business goals.
