Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and building brands? JCVA & Associates Project Management and Development Inc. is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager (or Department Head) to spearhead our efforts in expanding market share, elevating brand presence, and delivering measurable business results.

What You'll Do

As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Inspire & Lead Teams: Mentor and motivate high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Drive Client Acquisition: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, while building long-term client relationships.
  • Champion Brand & Campaigns: Oversee impactful marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and traditional channels.
  • Leverage Data: Use market intelligence and analytics to optimize strategies and deliver ROI-driven results.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (construction or real estate industry experience is a plus).
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in client acquisition, brand management, and CRM tools.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance.
