Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training for laboratory personnel.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for diagnostic equipment and software.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyze client workflows and recommend product configurations or enhancements.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, and client feedback.
  • Stay updated on product updates, regulatory standards, and industry trends.
  • Assist in post-sales support, including client follow-ups and usage optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in medical technology or medical laboratory science.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical laboratory experience or relevant fieldwork.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics and clinical workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and perform on-call duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
