Sales Representative

The Sales Representative for our supplies business is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires strong understanding of interior decoration materials, furniture and furniture building materials, and interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage long sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and track opportunities through all stages.
- Meet with prospective clients to evaluate project needs and present company capabilities.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and engineering teams to develop accurate bids and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical overviews, and bid documents.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contract terms with clients.
- Develop and execute long-term strategic sales plans.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide updates to management.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and exposure with businesses in connection to interior decoration materials, furniture and furniture building materials, and interior design, or a related field for at least 3 years
- At least College level of education
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications as needed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Can speak fluent English and Filipino language.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
- Tech savvy.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in estimating or project management.
- Understanding of procurement processes and regulatory requirements.
- Valid driver's license
Work Environment
- Combination of office work, field visits, and client meetings.
- Occasional travel to industry events, or customer locations.
Compensation
- Base salary plus commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
