About the Role

We are looking for a talented System Developer to join our dynamic team at Lucena United Doctors Hospital and Medical Center. As a System Developer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our hospital systems, ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient digital operations. This is a full-time position based in Lucena City, Quezon.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize hospital systems and SQL databases to support hospital operations.
  • Create programs, dashboards, and reports for various departments to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Ensure system security, data accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with hospital departments to understand and address system and data needs.
  • Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in database management and system development, preferably with BizBox.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming and system development.
  • Knowledge of hospital systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
