System Implementor

The System Implementor is responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining the local government's information systems. This role ensures that the system operates efficiently, meets user requirements, and supports the daily operations of various LGU departments. The implementor also provides user training, technical support, and coordination with developers for system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy the LGU information system across servers and user workstations.
• Set up user accounts, roles, and access permissions in accordance with LGU policies.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide technical assistance to end-users.
• Perform system testing and validation prior to implementation.
• Migrate and verify data from legacy systems or manual records.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Coordinate with the development team for updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration settings, and activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with LGU IT standards and data privacy regulations.
• Provide continuous post-implementation support and recommend system improvements.
