The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies / Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Highly-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. Must be able to handle stress and work under demanding circumstances.
  • Excellent in planning ability, whereby she can predict the sales forecast of the company.
  • Knowledge in innovative ways of product selling to achieve her sales targets
  • Flexible and should be able to self-adjust according to the situation and circumstances.
  • Must be outgoing and willing to travel for official business trip.
  • Experience and knowledge in semiconductor and electronics industry is an advantage.
  • Knows how to drive.
