Supervises production and packaging staff and monitors and organizes process workflow

· Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during production.

· Ensures compliance of production staff with company rules and regulations, as well as health and safety requirements

· Monitor the physical condition and cleanliness of production areas. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

· Ensures that all personnel comply with grooming and hygiene standards, including the basic uniform requirement.

· Coordinates, monitors, and documents report with the Production Manager and General Manager.

· Responsible for the generation of daily reports, as required.

· Responsible for the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results/ outputs, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the process flow on shift production summaries.

· Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques, as needed.

· Reinforces the adherence of both existing and new policies and procedures with regards to bakery operations.

· Responsible for performing sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and other areas required, if needed

· Conducts corrective communication among erring personnel and prepares misconduct/ violation reports and coordinates them to the Human Resources (HR) Department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
