Goto Tendon Company is looking for an attentive and keen to details Production Supervisor. He/She will be responsible in managing staffs and the regular day to day operations in the production area.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.
  • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams.
  • Monitor production processes and equipment to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Management or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in production supervision , specifically in food industry.
  • Experience managing teams in a manufacturing or production setting.

Location: G. Araneta Avenue, Brgy. Santol, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
