JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensures that daily production goals are achieved in compliance with the client's quality standards.
  • Oversees all aspects of plant operations, ensuring that production targets, product quality, and customer requirements are consistently met.
  • Reviews production schedules and assesses manpower requirements to maintain efficient workflow and operational continuity.
  • Identifies and resolves production issues by implementing preventive and corrective measures, recommending process improvements to enhance quality and minimize costs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • With 1–2 years of experience in production planning, process timing, standardization, manpower allocation, and line balancing.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Possesses strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
