Be part of our client's team as a Recruitment Officer, where you will manage end-to-end hiring, post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare contracts, vet timesheets, maintain HR records, handle administrative systems, respond to HR queries, and support management with ad hoc tasks-all while contributing to a high-performing hospitality team.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment/HR
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive HR information
• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive
• Hospitality recruitment or high-volume service experience preferred
• Experience in full recruitment cycle, HR admin, timesheet/leave management
• Knowledge of job posting platforms (Jobstreet, WSG), basic office admin
• HRIS or payroll platform experience highly desirable

Your Daily Impact

• Handle recruitment and HR tasks, including posting jobs on WSG and Jobstreet, scheduling interviews, processing applications, negotiating contracts, and vetting timesheets, leave, and public holiday allocations
• Maintain and organize the filing system in line with established standards and ensure compliance by others
• Assist with insurance claims and government-required surveys
• Respond to finance queries related to HR
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Draft letters and emails on behalf of management
• Handle sensitive information confidentially
• Develop and update administrative systems to improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Participate in task forces and committees as requested
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by management
