Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings
  • Promote our employer brand to attract top talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
