STAFFLUENCE RESOURCES, INC. is looking for a motivated Recruitment Officers to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • At least 3 years experience in Recruitment (preferably in Sales & Merchandising)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate applicants' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding their status and next steps.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
