SENIOR RECRUITMENT OFFICER

The Senior Recruitment Officer is responsible for leading and executing the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure that the company hires qualified, competent, and culturally aligned candidates. The role includes coordinating with department heads, implementing efficient sourcing strategies, improving recruitment systems, and ensuring timely closing of vacancies across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering assessments, background checking, job offers, and onboarding.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ensure timely hiring and adherence to recruitment timelines.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure proper documentation of selection decisions.

2. Coordination with Department Heads

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and required competencies.
  • Recommend appropriate hiring strategies and align recruitment plans with workforce needs.
  • Provide daily recruitment updates and analytics to the HR Manager.

3. Sourcing & Employer Branding

  • Identify and implement effective sourcing channels: job portals, social media, referrals, career fairs, schools, and partnerships.
  • Propose and execute employer branding initiatives to attract strong talent.
  • Manage the company's online hiring platforms and recruitment ads.

4. Recruitment Process Improvement

  • Recommend and implement improvements in recruitment policies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare recruitment dashboards, metrics, and monthly hiring reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and onboarding documents.
  • Support audits and ensure proper HR documentation is filed and updated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment; experience in multi-business units is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, selection processes, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and online recruitment platforms.

WORK SCHEDULE - MONDAY TO SATURDAY

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
