Job Title:
RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Location: V.A. Rufino St., Legazpi Village, Makati City

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages the recruitment process of the recruitment department, responsible of sourcing and screening qualified crew candidates. Recommend recruitment strategies and procedures and maintaining good relationship with the crew candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Experience in the maritime industry is a
    plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Must be
    willing to report onsite (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm)
    at Legazpi Village, Makati City
  • Must be available to start immediately
