Position: Property Sales Associate (Full-time / Part-time)

Location: Negros Occidental | Remote / Flexible Work Arrangement

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in purchasing residential and commercial properties
  • Advertise and promote listings using social media and online platforms
  • Arrange and accompany clients on property viewings
  • Provide guidance on pricing, financing, and documentation requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years of college education (any course)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and willing to learn
  • Open to applicants with or without prior sales experience

Compensation

  • Commission-based role (earnings vary based on performance)
  • Typical monthly income: Php 10,000 – Php 50,000+
  • Work 14–28 hours per week or adjust your schedule based on your availability
