Job Description

As a Community Associate, you will be the frontline connection between U.S.-based clients and their communities. From addressing service requests and handling calls to coordinating with vendors and preparing essential documents, your contribution will help ensure seamless day-to-day operations for our client's real estate portfolio.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Must be able to work night shift; flexibility with work schedule required
  • Extremely high fluency in English-both written and spoken
  • High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software like Google Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
  • Comfortable with open team communication and transparency

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond to emails and phone calls from vendors, board members, and property owners
  • Answer and update tickets in Vantaca in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with a Chicago-based Community Manager
  • Support daily operations for your assigned portfolio
  • Monitor and resolve association requests via the online ticketing system
  • Serve as the first point of contact for U.S.-based customers and vendors
  • Communicate business needs clearly and efficiently
  • Research accounts receivable and accounts payable issues
  • Track documents and prepare them for e-signing via DocuSign
  • Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the process
