Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Operations
  • Oversee the daily operations of the mall, including security, housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational policies to maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • Monitor utilities and operating expenses to achieve cost-control and sustainability goals.
  • Leasing & Revenue Generation
  • Drive leasing strategies to achieve or exceed occupancy and rental income targets.
  • Negotiate new leases and renewals while maintaining strong tenant relationships.
  • Analyze market trends to recommend competitive rental rates and promotional programs.
  • Marketing & Events
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events to increase foot traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, sponsors, and tenants for promotions and seasonal activities.
  • Financial Management
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
  • Approve expenses, monitor cash flow, and ensure profitability of mall operations.
  • Tenant & Stakeholder Relations
  • Act as the primary liaison between tenants, contractors, and corporate management.
  • Address tenant concerns promptly and ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies.
  • Team Leadership
  • Supervise and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for the mall team.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is an advantage).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in mall operations, retail property management, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with proven ability to manage large teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
