Job description:

OFFICE SCHEDULE:

Monday-Saturday: 8am-5pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Barcode Generation:

  • Receive product information (SKU) and label format specifications from malls.
  • Utilize barcode software to encode the received SKU and any other relevant product details into functional barcodes, following the designated format provided by the malls.
  • Maintain a system to track area codes associated with received product information. This will help identify potential issues or trends related to specific delivery locations.
  • Print barcode labels using designated barcode printers, adhering to specific label size and quality standards.
  • Double-check the accuracy of encoded information and printed barcodes before attaching them to products.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or missing barcodes.

Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate with promo staff to ensure proper association of printed barcodes with corresponding products within the store.
  • Maintain a log or system to track generated barcodes and their assigned SKUs, and ensure no duplicate barcodes exist within the inventory.
  • Assist with inventory tasks as needed
  • Assist with updating inventory records in the system to reflect accurate physical stock levels.
  • Report any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.

Pull-Out Management

  • Be in-charge of pull-outs including:
  • Creating pull-out letters
  • Communicating pull-out requests to designated malls or promo staff.
  • Tracking the status of pull-out requests.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain open communication with promo staff via email, phone calls, or meetings to clarify order details, address inquiries, and resolve any issues.
  • Work effectively with other departments like the warehouse to ensure efficient distribution and application of barcodes to products.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Merchandising Manager, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn new processes.
