As a Cinema Operations Associate Manager, you will be responsible in handling the following:

  • Supervision of the overall cinema and snack bar operations
  • Ensures functionality and efficiency of cinema equipment and maintenance of facilities
  • Responsible for the implementation of standard operating procedures, company rules and regulations, and training of personnel under his supervision
  • Monitors daily sales of the cinema and snack bar and prepares corresponding reports
  • Recommends booking policies and strategies in coordination with the corporate booking manager
  • Handles customer queries, concerns and complaints
  • Preparation of the annual budget for both cinema and snack bar and reviews budget performance

The candidate for this position must have/be:

  • Bachelor's/College degree in Business management, Operations management, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least three (3) years relative work experience
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, good communication skills, and able to multi-task
  • Willing to work on weekends, and holidays
