We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Associate Operations Manager – Sales to oversee day-to-day operations of the sales process within our BPO environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales agents, ensure sales targets are met, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as the key link between the client, the sales team, and internal support functions to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales operations and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Analyze performance data and reports to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity and engagement.
  • Collaborate with training and quality teams to implement skill enhancement programs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle client escalations or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and client expectations.
  • Participate in strategic planning and forecast meetings with senior management.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize sales conversion and operational efficiency.
  • Drive team motivation and morale through engagement activities and recognition programs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a sales-focused role within the BPO industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, lead generation, and conversion strategies in a BPO setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
