Position summaryWe are seeking a Data Operations Associate with expertise in migration and visualization to support our data initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:- Execute data migration efforts, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to support data migration and integration.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI to provide insights to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand requirements, translate them into technical data needs, and deliver actionable insights.
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Provide technical support for data-related projects and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation of data processes, systems, and workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data operations, migration, and visualization.
- Proven experience with data migration projects and tools.
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes (Python, Alteryx, Snowflake, AWS).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in teams.
- Knowledge of query writing with data analysis tools.
- Certifications in Data Technology, Agile, or related fields.
- Experience with R, SAS, Hadoop, Spark (plus).
- Understanding of data governance and quality principles.
