Position summary

We are seeking a Data Operations Associate with expertise in migration and visualization to support our data initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute data migration efforts, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to support data migration and integration.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI to provide insights to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand requirements, translate them into technical data needs, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide technical support for data-related projects and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Maintain documentation of data processes, systems, and workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data operations, migration, and visualization.
  • Proven experience with data migration projects and tools.
  • Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and processes (Python, Alteryx, Snowflake, AWS).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in teams.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Knowledge of query writing with data analysis tools.
  • Certifications in Data Technology, Agile, or related fields.
  • Experience with R, SAS, Hadoop, Spark (plus).
  • Understanding of data governance and quality principles.
