ACCOUNTING/CINEMA OFFICER

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a cinema or related entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of cinema operations, movie scheduling, and ticketing systems.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in sales reporting and record-keeping.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, email, and ticketing software).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. (Shift 6 days a week)

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate the cinema ticketing booth, process ticket sales, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with production/distributors for the scheduling and release of new movies.
  • Monitor and review movie performance, recommending films with good ratings and sales potential.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.
  • Send regular updates on movie schedules, promotions, and operational matters.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of cinema operations, from movie receipt to screening.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ticketing booth and lobby area.
  • Assist in promotional activities and events related to the cinema.
