We are seeking a highly creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphic Designer Associate to join our growing team. This entry to mid-level role is perfect for a talented individual eager to develop their skills in motion graphics, animation, and video editing. The successful candidate will work closely with senior designers and the creative team to produce engaging visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related creative field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing. (Recent graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Basic understanding of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus but not required.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing skills.

  • Fundamental understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling through motion.

  • Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with character animation or rigging.

  • Familiarity with sound design principles and audio editing.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices for video content.
  • Experience working in an agency environment.
