�� Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Account Management
· Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the HRI/Institutional market segment.
· Identify and acquire new institutional clients and business opportunities.
· Manage key HRI accounts and ensure long-term partnerships through excellent customer service.
· Monitor account performance, order frequency, and collection efficiency.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms in alignment with company policies.
2. Market Development
· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs in hotels, restaurants, and institutions.
· Collaborate with Marketing for product development, promotions, and trade activities targeting the HRI segment.
· Ensure brand visibility and consistent supply within institutional channels.
3. Leadership and Coordination
· Supervise and coach Territory Sales Managers and Sales Representatives assigned to the HRI channel.
· Set performance targets and ensure team compliance with sales policies and operational guidelines.
· Coordinate with the Production, Logistics, and Finance departments to ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and proper credit management.
4. Reporting and Analysis
· Prepare and submit sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analyses to top management.
· Evaluate profitability, pricing strategies, and product movement in the institutional market.
· Recommend strategic initiatives to increase market share and efficiency.
�� Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
· Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
· Strong background in institutional or foodservice account management (HRI/Horeca).
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Proficient in sales forecasting, data analysis, and report preparation.
· With valid driver's license and willing to travel nationwide.
