Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Location: On-site (IT Park Cebu City)

We're seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of end-to-end C&B processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer government-mandated and company-initiated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, etc.).
  • Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring accuracy in employee records, compensation details, and benefits information.
  • Handle payroll processing support, including salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, and deductions.
  • Prepare final pay computations, 13th-month pay, and other statutory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reports and payments to government agencies.
  • Communicate benefit updates, policy changes, and employee advisories in a clear and professional manner.
  • Safeguard confidential employee and payroll data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of government-mandated benefits and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
