We're Hiring: HR - Compensation and Benefits
Join our dynamic team at Strategic Office Support Inc.
We're seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of end-to-end C&B processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer government-mandated and company-initiated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, etc.).
- Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring accuracy in employee records, compensation details, and benefits information.
- Handle payroll processing support, including salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, and deductions
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reports and payments to government agencies.
- Communicate benefit updates, policy changes, and employee advisories in a clear and professional manner.
- Safeguard confidential employee and payroll data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of government-mandated benefits and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
