A Senior Coordinator oversees the recruitment process, supervises junior staff, and acts as a liaison between clients and candidates. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment projects, screening applicants, and managing administrative duties like record-keeping and reporting. This leadership role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and professional service delivery. Key responsibilities Oversee recruitment: Lead recruitment projects, develop job descriptions, and advise on recruitment policies and procedures. Manage operations: Supervise the screening of applications and the coordination of interviews and other hiring processes. Lead and mentor: Train and mentor junior staff, share best practices, and delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Client and candidate relations: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, manage their staffing requirements, and ensure candidates have a positive experience. Administrative and reporting: Handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and create reports and presentations using recruitment data. Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment and operations processes and initiate plans for enhancement. Support management: Support the supervisor and may serve as a backup when needed. Required skills and qualifications Leadership: Experience in supervising and mentoring team members. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse groups and all levels of staff. Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload effectively. Technical proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various recruitment systems. Problem-solving: Ability to resolve issues that arise during the recruitment or operations process. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is often required. 5 YRS EXPERIENCE.
