Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

General HR & Administrative Support

  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR events.
  • Respond to HR inquiries from employees and provide administrative support where needed.

Employee Relations

  • Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Help resolve employee concerns and assist in disciplinary procedures under guidance.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through regular communication and support.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and wellness programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems or ATS.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
