HR and Compliance Associate

The HR and Compliance Associate supports the Human Resources and Compliance functions by ensuring that company policies, regulatory requirements, and HR processes are effectively implemented and monitored. The role involves maintaining employee records, ensuring adherence to labor laws, assisting in compliance audits, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources Functions
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping compliance.
- Prepare HR-related memos, notices, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
- Facilitate administrative hearings
Compliance and Regulatory Support
- Ensure company compliance with local labor laws (DOLE requirements) and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits, permits, and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor and report compliance issues, policy violations, and disciplinary cases.
- Help maintain updated compliance manuals, SOPs, and company policies.
- Conduct periodic checks on employee files, training records, and workplace compliance.
Administration
- Manage HR and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding compliance requirements and deadlines.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, orientations, and compliance briefings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and basic compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office or HRIS systems (if applicable).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
