They're currently scaling up and building the kind of finance team that gets things right the first time.About the RoleThis is more than a transactional finance job. You'll own the daily rhythm of AP, AR, commissions, reconciliations, and compliance—freeing the VCFO to focus on strategy and scale. You'll be the reliable heartbeat behind clean books, smooth cash-flow, and investor-ready data.Your Key Responsibilities:Generate & reconcile invoices, payments, and commissions. Maintain ledger accuracy and daily bank reconciliations Resolve variances across Stripe, Square, and Xero. Process AP and run weekly payment cycles. Track and follow up on overdue accounts. Support monthly close (Day 3 readiness). Maintain HubSpot–Xero alignment and SOP compliance.RequirementsAbout YOUYou're detail-driven, dependable, and calm under pressure. You know how critical finance hygiene is in a growing business, and you take pride in getting it right—quietly, efficiently, and with zero ego.About YOUR Work History2+ years' experience in finance operations. Strong Xero, Hubdoc, Excel (pivot/v-lookups). Stripe/Square familiarity; HubSpot a plus. Background in AP/AR, reconciliations, and commissions.
