Qualifications: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with CPA accreditation. We're looking for a senior person to join the executive management team and possibly sit on the board of directors. Someone who has lead an accounting team, been involved in M&A, and who has either been a CFO or is ready for their first CFO role.

The chief financial officer is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting the organization's financial health. Key responsibilities include:

· Provision of CFO services which includes oversight on finance, accounting, treasury, and taxation matters of the Company including provision of regular reviews and recommendations on best practices.

· Works as a strategic finance advisor to the CEO and his management team, agree and execute the growth plan.

· Lead on the development, execution and management of the Company's financial and operating budget.

· Review of existing and preparation of the Company's financial model and indicative valuation and related financial report for strategic transactions purposes (e.g., fundraising, M&A, strategic partnerships).

· Preparation and review of Company's pitch deck or investment memorandum, whichever is applicable.

· Provide finance insights and guidance on the review of the Term Sheet from potential investors.

· Assistance in transaction closing and preparation of relevant financial documents alongside the designated consultants, lawyers and company secretary.

· Review, interpretation, and presentation of monthly financial statements and related other financial reports, if any.

· Design and implementation of policies and systems of internal control and governance to safeguard assets and identify, report, manage financial risks including recommendations to avoid, mitigate, and remediate the identified risks.

· Mentoring of the in-house finance team through on-the-job coaching, training, and periodic performance assessments.

· Participate and lead the financials discussion in periodic senior leadership or Board meetings.
