This is a remote position.

We're looking for a highly capable Senior Executive Assistant to support three dynamic leaders — our CEO, Commercial Director, and Brand Director. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our executive operations, managing inboxes, coordinating schedules, streamlining communication, and ensuring every detail runs flawlessly.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week; Mon-Fri 8am-5pm GMT

Scope:

  • Supporting three senior executives simultaneously
  • Working with a global team (UK headquarters with international remote staff)
  • Part of a 30-40 person organization in the sports/boxing industry
  • Direct communication and coordination with leadership team
  • Potential for additional responsibilities as the company grows
Responsibilities:
  • Manage email inboxes for three executives (CEO, Commercial Director, Brand Director)
  • Handle administrative tasks and coordination across the leadership team
  • Organize and schedule meetings for executives
  • Pass on messages and communications to other team members as needed
  • Conduct quick research calls on behalf of executives
  • Provide general administrative support to speed up executive workflows
  • Coordinate between the leadership team and other departments
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple executives simultaneously
  • Experience managing executive calendars and email systems
  • Professional demeanor when representing executives
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment
