About the role

Philtrust Bank is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Branch Staff to join our Morayta branch in Manila City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our retail banking customers and supporting the overall operations of the branch.

What you'll be doing

  • Serving customers at the teller counter, assisting with deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries and other banking transactions
  • Promoting and cross-selling Philtrust Bank's products and services to meet customer needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all customer transactions
  • Handling cash and balancing cash drawers at the end of each day
  • Providing general support to the branch manager and other team members as required
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

  • College diploma or equivalent, with some prior experience in a customer service or retail banking role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to accurately handle financial transactions
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Knowledge of banking products, services and regulations in the Philippines is preferred
