IT Support Specialist / IT Support Engineer
(Internship / Fresh Graduate Welcome)
What You Will Do
- Provide on-site and remote support to staff for everyday IT issues (computers, software, network, security, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems efficiently.
- Ensure IT systems run smoothly and users receive good support.
- Follow standard IT processes for handling incidents, requests, and assets.
- Visit branch offices when needed to provide support.
- Follow company IT policies and guidelines from Head Office.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduates / fresh graduates / final-year students are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computers and troubleshooting (training will be provided).
- Familiar with or willing to learn:
- Windows and/or MacOs
- Microsoft Office 365
- Email (Outlook / Exchange)
- Basic networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, internet issues)
- Video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Organized, good time management, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and eager to learn.
