Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell life insurance and investment products to bank clients.
  • Build relationships with bank staff to generate leads.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and offer suitable solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend trainings and submit sales reports.
  • Comply with all regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 6 months experience in sales, banking, insurance, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Willing to be assigned to bank branches.
