Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles the transcription of proceedings during Committee and Board meetings
- Assists in the preparation and dissemination of notices of meetings as well as in the documentation of the Committee and Board meetings
- Assist in the preparation of materials and visual presentations to be used during committee and board meetings
- Maintains neat and orderly files of all correspondence, minutes of meetings, resolutions and other documents and ensures confidentiality
- Provides clerical and administrative support to the Board of Trustees during meetings
- Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual
- Performs other related functions as directed by superiors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong composition and prioritizing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good written and oral communication skills
