MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Visit assigned field locations to observe and validate execution of operational workflows.
  • Perform spot-checks and real-time reviews of processes such as documentation handling, client interaction, and service delivery.
  • Evaluate internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with team leads or supervisors onsite to immediately clarify any irregularities observed.
  • Collaborate with management teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing best practices and applicable laws.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all audit activities.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of audit procedures and tools.
  • Travel regularly to field locations as required (up to 85%).

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, or related fieldwork preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including warehouses or retail settings.
  • Knowledge of audit techniques, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and audit software tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
