Functional Lead – SAP Production Planning / Plant Maintenance (PP/PM)

About the Role

We are looking for a Functional Lead who will play a key role in driving Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) initiatives in SAP. This role covers both daily operational support and project implementation, ensuring smooth processes while bringing in best practices and innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead support and enhancements for SAP ECC, mainly in SAP PP and PM modules
  • Drive implementation projects (e.g., S/4HANA upgrades, enhancements), ensuring best practices are applied
  • Facilitate workshops, gather and assess requirements, and translate business needs into effective system solutions
  • Configure, customize, and test SAP PP/PM functionalities for change requests and new projects
  • Develop and review functional specifications and support ABAP-related developments
  • Provide application maintenance, troubleshooting, and permanent solutions to user concerns
  • Conduct functional and integration testing to ensure system stability and business alignment
  • Prepare and maintain documentation (functional specs, guides, user manuals, training materials)
  • Train and support end-users on PP/PM processes and enhancements
  • Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, budget, and timelines

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Solid background in SAP PP and SAP PM with at least 2 full-cycle implementations
  • Strong knowledge in Master Data, MRP, Planning Strategies, Batch Management, Equipment Master, Functional Locations, BOM, Routing/Recipe, Goods Issue/Receipt
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules (SD, MM, Logistics, WM) and exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage
  • Experience in project and operational support environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines, adapt to change, and take ownership of solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ayala Avenue-Paseo de Roxas 1226 P00
