About the Role

A humanitarian NGO with global operations is looking for an experienced HR Team Lead to oversee its HR functions in Manila and support international offices. The role involves leading recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, employee relations, HRIS management, and compliance. The HR Team Lead will also supervise the HR team, ensure adherence to policies and labor laws, and collaborate with stakeholders across different locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for local and international roles.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement processes.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Implement and maintain HR systems and employee records.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and labor law compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR team while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Supervisor or Assistant HR Manager.
  • Strong experience in recruitment (local and international), payroll processing, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with HRIS systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred

  • Experience with ISO compliance and HR audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php65,000.00 per month
