About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Functional Lead to support and enhance our SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) systems. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, driving system improvements, and leading initiatives that strengthen business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide production support and system enhancements for SAP PP/PM.
  • Participate in project implementations, including S/4HANA upgrades and process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and test PP/PM modules to ensure seamless integration with other SAP functionalities.
  • Develop functional specifications and oversee ABAP development and testing.
  • Provide application support, troubleshooting, and permanent solutions for end-users.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Recommend innovative solutions that create measurable value for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP PP/PM with a minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of PP/PM processes, MRP, batch management, BOM, routing, goods receipt/issue, and integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, Logistics, WM, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in both project and operational support environments.
  • Experience with SAP QM, PLM, APO/IBP, or S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
