Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or Finance
  • Experience in Accounting, Auditing, or Planning
  • MS Excel skills (at least average level)
  • Knowledge of SAP or any equivalent accounting system
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in process execution
  • Good communication skills (will coordinate with third-party distributors and business units)

Responsibilities:

  • Review distributor claims on trade spend and ensure:

a. Activity is valid, completed, and supported by documents

b. Amount does not exceed the committed value

c. Invoices are charged to the correct subsidiary ledger

d. Expenses are classified according to Hershey Guidelines

e. Amounts comply with contracts/agreements with trade partners

f. No duplicate payments occur

  • Maintain and reconcile payment tracking files with SAP–GL, TP Tool, SIS, and IO reports
  • Facilitate claim payments through RFP, WTR, and VIMS
  • Reconcile SAP postings against manual records
  • Coordinate with distributors on invoice queries
  • Ensure compliance with document retention requirements
  • Process Canada trade promotion claims in High Radius
  • Handle vendor master data requirements and internal order updates

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
