Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Position

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role combining social media content creation, paid ad management, and assistant responsibilities. You'll help build our brand online, attract new clients, and maintain great relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Marketing

  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Design simple graphics, captions, and short videos (Reels, Stories, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Track ad performance and provide regular insights/reports.
  • Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interaction.

Operations & Customer Service

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, social media, and chat.
  • Support management with administrative tasks such as emails, reports, and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with social media management and paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok).
  • Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable internet and ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in the beauty industry.
  • Understanding of social media trends and influencer collaborations.
