About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a wellness professional with social media management, general admin, and project coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will take initiative, manage day-to-day admin responsibilities, and help rebuild the brand's online presence after a recent Facebook hack.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, collaboration, and helping set up efficient systems to streamline business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Rebuild a Facebook fan page from scratch following a hack.
  • Backfill the new page with content from existing Instagram posts since the book launch in August.
  • Coordinate content posting and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across platforms.

General Admin Management

  • Manage the owner's calendar and availability using Practice Better.
  • Organize day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support communication between the owner and clients when necessary.

Project & Operations Management

  • Set up and organize systems in the CRM and Google Drive (media assets, client forms, payments).
  • Assist in improving and maintaining business operations.
  • Coordinate with the existing website designer and other collaborators on future mini projects.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Personable, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with team members and clients.
  • Proactive in identifying ways to improve workflows and systems.

Software Experience

  • Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (for posting and engagement)
  • Practice Better (calendar management and client scheduling)
  • Google Workspace / Google Drive
  • CRM tools (experience setting up and managing client databases preferred)

Bonus Points

  • Experience coordinating with website designers or creative teams.
  • Experience in content repurposing or light social media copywriting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php11,015.00 per month
