We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & Email Marketing Specialist to join our client's growing eCommerce brand in the women's nail products space.

About the Role

This role focuses on planning, executing, and analysing digital marketing campaigns — particularly across social media and email marketing. You'll help grow the brand's online presence, increase customer engagement, and drive sales through strategic campaigns and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage social media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Create, send, and optimise email marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key marketing tools
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and ad assets

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in digital and email marketing
  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads through social media and email channels
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights
  • Excellent written English and creative eye suited to a women's beauty audience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
