About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Madison Square Marketing. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a talented sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goal
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales team members to continuously improve their skills and performance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored sales solutions for clients
  • Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in the sales industry
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
