Job Title: HR Recruitment Officer (Reliever)
Position Summary:
The HR Recruitment Officer (Reliever) will temporarily support the Human Resources Department by managing end-to-end recruitment processes during the absence of the regular Recruitment Officer. This role ensures timely sourcing, screening, and hiring of qualified candidates to meet the company's manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads or hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in processing pre-employment requirements and background checks.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Ensure timely communication with applicants and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned during the reliever period.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR functions.
- Knowledgeable in sourcing strategies, job portals, and social media recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to start ASAP.
- Willing to work at INGCO Head Office, South Caloocan City.
- Open to working on a reliever/temporary basis.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3-4 months
