
HR Officer

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves executing HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role and is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and job offers
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts professionally
- Support disciplinary and grievance processes
- HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence
- Policy & Compliance
- Implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal standards
- Performance Management & Development
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives
- Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Respond to employee inquiries about compensation and benefits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
